Our walks take place in calm, natural environments where dogs can explore, sniff, move freely, and mentally decompress.Each walk is carefully planned based on your dog’s needs, energy level, and personality. We offer individual and small group walks to ensure safety, attention, and a positive experience.Optional van pick-up is available upon request, allowing us to take dogs from home to peaceful outdoor trails when needed.

Welcome to Paws & Trails. By booking a walk, adventure, or interacting with our services (online, in person, or via messaging platforms), you agree to the following terms and conditions.1. Nature of the ServicePaws & Trails provides dog walking and outdoor adventure services focused on physical activity, mental stimulation, and overall well-being.We do not provide veterinary care, training, or medical services. All walks are recreational and non-therapeutic in nature.2. Dog Eligibility & BehaviorBy booking a service, the owner confirms that:The dog is up to date on vaccinationsThe dog is physically able to participate in walksAny behavioral concerns (reactivity, anxiety, aggression, escape tendencies) are disclosed in advancePaws & Trails reserves the right to refuse or stop a walk if a dog’s behavior poses a safety risk to itself, other dogs, people, or the walker.3. Service AreaServices are offered within a defined service area.Clients located outside the service area must contact us via WhatsApp before booking to confirm availability and possible additional fees.4. Booking & ConfirmationAll bookings are request-based and are only confirmed once availability is approved by Paws & Trails.Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking until confirmation is provided.5. Cancellations & No-ShowsCancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled walk may result in a cancellation fee.No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.6. Weather & Outdoor ConditionsWalks may be modified, shortened, or rescheduled due to:Extreme weather (heat, storms, unsafe conditions)Environmental hazardsSafety always comes first.7. Pick-Up & Transportation (If Applicable)Optional van pick-up is available upon request and confirmation.Dogs must be safely secured during transport. Owners agree to disclose any issues related to car travel.8. LiabilityPaws & Trails is not responsible for:Pre-existing medical conditionsInjuries resulting from normal outdoor activityIncidents caused by undisclosed behavioral issuesBy booking, the owner accepts the inherent risks associated with outdoor walks.9. Photos & MediaWith permission, photos or videos taken during walks may be used for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to have your dog featured, please inform us in advance.10. Right to Refuse ServicePaws & Trails reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, ethical, or operational reasons.11.
